For over twenty-five years, Dana M. Gallup has represented both employers, including many small to medium sized businesses, and employees in every aspect of employment law, including separation (severance) agreements, non-compete agreements, employment agreements, discrimination claims, retaliation claims, wage and hour (FLSA minimum wage and overtime) claims, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and whistleblower actions.  Mr. Gallup has been awarded an AV Preeminent peer rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been designated as a Super Lawyer in the area of Employment Law for the years 2009, 2010 and 2013-2020. Mr. Gallup has also been certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a civil circuit court mediator and has obtained Florida Supreme Court certified training as an arbitrator, conducting both mediations and arbitrations in employment law cases.
