Dane Heptner is a civil trial attorney in Clearwater, Florida who handles auto accident cases, slip and falls, injuries at work, social security disability appeals, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, and other injury cases. He handles cases in Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Tampa, Palm Harbor, New Port Richey, Bradenton, Sarasota, Trinity, Lutz, and all areas within Hillsborough County, Pinellas County, and Pasco County. 

Dane is a member of the board of governors for the Florida Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division, serves as President of the Clearwater Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division, is a member of the Clearwater Bar's board of governors, and chairs the Law Week Committee for the Hillsborough County Bar Association. He has sat on numerous leadership and community service boards and enjoys engaging his local community.
