Daniel  is a partner at Kurasch & Klein.  Dan has been selected to the lists of top 100 lawyers in Illinois by Illinois Super Lawyers, National Trial Lawyers, and American Society of Legal Advocates.  Dan has represented plaintiffs in personal injury, work injury, and medical malpractice cases for 28 years.  He has many multi-million dollar recoveries including a recent $4.8 million trial verdict and a $10,000,000 judgment in a construction case involving paraplegia.  Dan is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.  He is a member of the Illinois and Florida Bars, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.  He is proud of the many client referrals he receives from past clients.
