Daniel Schwartz graduated from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2009 and obtained his CPA licensure in 2012. He also graduated from the University of California, Davis with Honors in History in 2005.

Daniel has been published in Valley Lawyer magazine and LA Lawyer Magazine as well as the USC School of Law Interdisciplinary Law Journal. While in law school, he served as the articles editor of the USC Interdisciplinary Law Journal, volunteered for the Small Business Clinic, and was a research assistant for a law school professor who was updating her textbook on Legislation.

Daniel spends most of his free time with his young family and also enjoys tennis, hiking, travel, and anything history-related.
