Since 2007, Mr. LaTerra aggressively litigated matters on behalf of clients seriously injured in asbestos exposure, medical malpractice, or workplace, premises and automobile negligence, among other areas of law. Daniel received his juris doctor from New York Law School where he graduated cum laude in 2007. During his attendance at New York Law School, Mr. LaTerra was awarded the John Harlan Scholarship and Sony USA Corporation Scholarship for outstanding academic achievement.

Prior to attending New York Law School, Mr. LaTerra was a student at Lafayette College where he earned an undergraduate degree in Government & Law. He was recognized as an EXCEL Scholar and was named to the Pi Sigma Alpha Honors Society for accomplishments in the field of Political Science and the Sigma Delta Pi Honors Society for achievements in the study of Spanish Language & Culture.
