Biography

I concentrate my practice in the areas of estate, gift and income tax law and the law of wills, trusts and estates. I provide complex estate, gift and income tax planning for an expanding personal client base; create wills, trusts, documents of incorporation, partnership agreements and limited liability company operating agreements; counsel clients in estate administration and guardianship matters. I also represent clients before City/County Circuit Courts, District Courts and Courts of Appeal regarding estate administration matters.
