Daniel Nevins has won jury acquittals for clients charged with Homicide, Attempted Homicide, Rape, Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Burglary and more.  He has a proven record of succes in Berks County, PA and beyond and has successfully negotiated thousands of criminal cases on behalf of his clients.  

  Attorney Nevins is currently the Vice President of the Berks County Bar Association.  He is a member of the Pennslyvania Bar Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.  He is a regular presenter of Continued Legal Education programs and college course lectures on topics such as Professional Ethics and Wellness, in addition to substantive Criminal Law and Juvenile Justice.  

  Attorney Nevins has served the Berks County community as a youth sports coach and on the Boards of multiple non-profit organizations such as the Sinking Spring YMCA, the Children's Home of Reading and the Gilmore Henne Community Fund.  Mr. Nevins is a 12 time marathon runner with a recent personal best time achieved at the 2022 Philadelphia Marathon.
