Daniel D. Geoulla is a co-founder and partner of this firm. He earned his B.A. in 2003 from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), where he graduated with high honors, ranking high amongst his class. He then received his J.D. in 2007 from Loyola Law School, where he ranked in the top third of his class. Daniel is admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court, the U.S. District Courts of California, and California Superior Court. Daniel serves as managing partner of the firm's litigation department.

Prior to practicing law, Daniel had owned and managed numerous successful businesses throughout the Southern California area, and remains an active member of the business community. Daniel also holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Loyola Marymount University were his emphasis was in accounting and finance.
