The Law around divorce, custody and asset distribution is constantly evolving, he is well versed in these changes and with how these apply to same sex relationships and custody disputes.
He has been handling 6 figure civil tort cases, automobile accidents, wrongful death, and failure to provide proper protection or care in Connecticut since the early 1990s.

In his personal time Dan can be found kayaking with his 3 rescue dogs, playing a round of golf or shooting a few racks pool and in if the conditions are right touring the scenic back roads of rural Connecticut on his Triumph.
