Daniel Levy earned his J.D. at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law after having attended Tulane University where he received his undergraduate degree in English Literature. Prior to law school, Daniel was a trial assistant at Sayles Werbner in Dallas, Texas, where he worked alongside attorneys in preparation of complex litigation matters. As an attorney, Daniel has experience in a wide rang of civil matters, including personal injury, maritime personal injury, contracts, business litigation, slip and fall, auto and truck accidents, insurance litigation, as well as criminal defense. Daniel is admitted to practice in Louisiana and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.​​
