Biography

Daniel E. Smith II is an attorney in the firm, whose practice areas include personal injury, medical malpractice, brian injury claims, serious car accidents and litigation cases. Mr. Smith was born in Chicago, Illinois to a middle class family. His father worked in the factory industry and his mother was in the service industry. Mr. Smith's passion for justice started at an early age. Even as a child, he was known for protecting people and standing up for what is right. His interest in law grew naturally out of this fierce integrity, even having aspirations to become a police officer at one point.
