DANIEL FONT received his Bachelor of Science degree in Law and Justice from TheCollege of New Jersey in 2001, and his Juris Doctorate from RutgersUniversity School of Law-Newark in 2006. Prior to attending law school,Mr. Font worked as an Electronic Data Interchange quality assuranceAnalyst for one of the largest e-commerce platforms serving the oceanshipping industry.

Prior to joining McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney and Carpenter, Mr. Font servedas a Law Clerk to The Honorable Katherine R. Dupuis, J.S.C., SuperiorCourt of New Jersey, Law Division – Civil Part in Union County for the2006-2007 term.

Mr. Font is admitted to the bars of the State of NewJersey and State of New York, and the United States District Court,District of New Jersey.  Mr. Font concentrates in the areas of suretyand fidelity bonding, construction litigation, and commerciallitigation.
