Attorney Daniel Loza, earned his J.D. at Belgrano University, Argentina. Later he immigrated to the US where received his LLM at Temple University, Pennsylvania and developed a real estate practice.

He dedicated his professional career as an attorney focusing in foreclosure defense, as broker, he worked for over a decade at Re/max, and as an investor he developed several international projects.

Currently he leads “The Loza Law Firm” admitted to practice law in New York and Pennsylvania, and is the Broker for “Legal Real Estate” licensed in New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

In addition to the above, Attorney Loza, serves as a Mediator for the Bucks County Association of Realtors and the Bucks County Courthouse within the Foreclosure Prevention Program, as the Legal Compliance Officer for the North America Hispanics Real Estate Professionals.
