Daniel Gutierrez is an attorney located in Orlando, Florida who specializes in civil litigation.  He attended the University of Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Science from the College of Journalism and Communications along with a Minor in Business Administration.  Mr. Gutierrez was awarded the degree of Juris Doctor from Stetson University in 2006, where he received various awards for research and writing. 

Mr. Gutierrez clerked for the Attorney General of Florida’s Civil Litigation Division, where he was involved in a wide variety of civil actions representing the State of Florida in both State and Federal Court.  In 2007, he began practicing in Orlando, where he focused on insurance, injury, and business litigation.  Mr. Gutierrez currently represents individuals, associations, and corporations in various civil matters throughout the State of Florida.
