With his decades of experience, Dan Krause is sought after for his ability to make the legal system work for his clients. With understanding, training and experience, he guides his clients through estate planning and probate or trust administration.
Dan is a retired Army Major and JAG Officer and a former Peace Corps Volunteer (Kenya).
Dan has lectured on estate planning throughout the years for classes of civilian and military attorneys and CPAs. He has also contributed content and drafting expertise to four major drafting library packages used by attorneys nationally.
Attending law school on scholarship at NYU Law, Dan graduated in 1999. He also received an M.A. in Philosophy from NYU that year.
Before his legal career, Dan was a US Army Medic and a Peace Corps Volunteer (Kenya).
Dan lives in Oregon, Wisconsin, with his family.
