Daniel J. Neal is a litigation attorney for Brederson Law Center in Providence, Rhode Island. Dan is responsible for appearances on the daily court calendars in Rhode Island and Massachusetts for Criminal, Traffic, Civil, Family and Workers Compensation (DIA in MA). Dan is also responsible for client statements, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations. 

 

He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2013. He is admitted to practice in the State of Rhode Island and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. 

 

Prior to his current position as a litigation attorney for Brederson Law Center, Dan had previously operated as a solo practitioner operating under the firm name of Daniel J. Neal, Attorney at Law. As a solo practitioner, Dan provided services to client in multiple areas of law including, but not limited to criminal, traffic, real estate, estate planning, probate, and guardianships. Prior to founding Daniel J. Neal, Attorney at Law, Dan worked as a Law Clerk for Kevin O. Hagan, Attorney at Law, conducting research and writing motions for criminal defense cases including, but not limited to DUI, Possession of Drugs, Assault, Animal Cruelty, Larceny, Receiving Stolen Goods, and more. Dan also provided contract assistance to Kevin O. Hagan, Attorney at Law including assistance with arraignments, pre-trial conferences, dismissals, and expungements and other matters throughout Rhode Island. Prior to working as a law clerk, Dan worked as a Rule 9 Student Attorney for the Rhode Island Attorney General's Office in the Juvenile Prosecution Unit and Courtroom 9 Probation Violation Unit prosecuting, arraigning, and reviewing juvenile cases and presenting defendants on probation violation cases.
