Daniel J. Slavin, Experienced Real Estate Attorney. Daniel is a principal of the Francis J. Slavin Law Firm which has been serving Arizona for over 35 years. He practices primarily in commercial litigation matters. Representative matters include business litigation, breach of contract claims, real estate litigation, title insurance and escrow related matters, and real property owner disputes related to easements and interpretation and enforcement of property restrictions.

Mr. Slavin was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and holds a B.B.A. from the University of San Diego and received his J.D. from Creighton University. In 2006 he was admitted to the Arizona State Bar, and in 2008 he was admitted to the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona. Mr. Slavin is also a member of the Maricopa County and American Bar Associations.
