Daniel Wilcox is an attorney practicing exclusively in Family Law and Juvenile Law. Daniel obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota. Daniel, then moved to Arizona and graduated law school before beginning his legal career.
Prior to joining Cantor Law Group, Daniel worked as an Assistant Attorney General at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office representing the Department of Child Safety. As a result, Daniel has extensive experience in Juvenile court matters including guardianships, adoptions, Dependency, and Terminations.

At Cantor Law Group Daniel zealously advocates for his clients through difficult and emotional times. Daniel is an experienced trial attorney focusing on all matters in family law and continues to practice in Juvenile law, including: dissolution of marriage, legal separation, child support, paternity, parenting time, legal decision-making (formerly “custody”), spousal maintenance, modifications and enforcement of existing orders, relocation, orders of protection, injunctions against harassment, DCS cases, dependency, termination of parental rights, and adoption.
