I am a partner in Shutts & Bowen's Intellectual Property Practice Group representing clients in all aspects of intellectual property.  I work with companies in all business phases, from startup to major international biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.  I assist individuals and companies in all phases of their creation and development, including idea conception, protection, and enforcement, brand selection, creation, protection, and enforcement, legal entity selection and formation, capitalization, growth, and exit strategy.  My work spans all phases of company and intellectual property development; I have prosecuted numerous patents and trademarks and have tried many cases to verdict, both jury and non-jury.  Our team can assist with any of your business, intellectual property, or startup needs.

I am very involved in the startup and entreprenureal scene in the greater Miami area.  I am a qualified investor and qualified angel investor, and am an entreprenuer myself.
