Professional Experience

• Daniel Hamilton is an Estate Attorney in Middle Tennessee who has been licensed for 10 years. His practice focuses on Estate Planning, Trust and Estate Administration, and Probate Litigation. As part of his practice, he prepares wills, living trusts, powers of attorney, and living wills for his clients. He represents trustees and executors in trust and estate administrations. He also represents beneficiaries, heirs, trustees, and personal representatives in probate litigation.
