Biography
Mr. Spencer’s practice area are wrongful death cases, workers’ compensation claims, and personal injury suits. The cases handled by Mr. Spencer have included wrongful death due to gas explosions, electrocution, landslides, and truck and auto wrecks. He has handled cases involving catastrophic injuries such as quadriplegia, herniated discs, amputations, knee, shoulder, and hip replacements. Mr. Spencer has worked closely with doctors dealing with injuries to every area of the body, including the head, neck, spine, shoulders, elbows, wrist, hands, hips, knees, and feet. Mr. Spencer is licensed in Oregon, Washington and Idaho. He currently volunteers for the Oregon State Bar as a fee dispute arbitrator. He has served as an elected representative to the Oregon State Bar’s House of Delegates, Region 1 (Central and Eastern Oregon) from 1996 to 1999. He has served on the Professional Responsibility Committee for Deschutes, Jefferson, Crook, and Wheeler Counties from 1993 to1997, and was the chairman of the committee from 1995 to 1997.
