Dan Bennie has extensive experience in the representation of real estate developers and entrepreneurs, builders, condominium and community associations, financial institutions and investors in real estate.

He advises entrepreneurial clients on a wide variety of legal matters, including business organization, financing, leasing, acquisitions and sales, estate planning and related issues that frequently arise with business owners, investors and their families. As Vice-President of Cental Land Title Co. he is positioned to provide clients with the highest level of transactional needs

He has lectured on real estate and estate planning and participated in seminars for the University of Cincinnati, the Community Association Institute, Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati, the Ohio Real Estate Law Institute and the Cincinnati Bar Association.

Dan is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with an undergrad and masters degree in economics. Dan also obtained his JD from the University of Cincinnati Law School. During his undergrad years, Dan played football for the UC Bearcats.
