Practiced law for over 35 years, concentrating on domestic and international corporate and real estate matters including United States investments by foreign entities, employment law, food and restaurant transactions, alcohol beverage licensing, general commercial matters, tech/start-up transactions, finance, corporate governance, property acquisition, property development and commercial leasing.

Have represented proponents of democratic change in China and South Korea. He has spoken publicly on numerous occasions, taught classes, lectured and written on diverse subjects including the roots of prejudice, various legal subjects and corporate management. He has a strong interest in perfecting writing skills and is currently planning a course in teaching essay construction.
