Daniel P. Bach is an attorney and shareholder at Lawton & Cates. Since being admitted to the Wisconsin State Bar in 1984, he has dedicated his practice to helping clients in complex cases involving administrative and regulatory law, business litigation, civil litigation, eminent domain, and labor and employment law issues. At the firm, he assists clients from both the Jefferson and Madison offices.
Daniel Bach brings an extensive and diverse legal background to his practice. In the past, he has served as an assistant United States attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin, including a term as Special Counsel to the U.S. Sentencing Commission, and was appointed Deputy Attorney General of Wisconsin in 2003. In his private practice with Lawton & Cates, he uses this past experience to skillfully navigate the legal system on behalf of his clients. Daniel Bach is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Dane County Bar Association, and the Western District of Wisconsin Bar Association.
