He aggressively negotiates with large corporations and insurance companies to obtain fair financial compensation. In 1988, as a legal pioneer, he was one of the first attorneys to successfully bring a case against all silicone breast implant manufacturers. Between 1988 and 1995 he helped resolve over 8000 client claims for women. He is dedicated to correcting legal injustices and defending the rights of injured individuals.
