Shane Bangerter is the owner of Bangerter Law, P.A. and has 27 years of experience as a workers compensation attorney. He has represented clients in over 2,000 workers compensation matters and over 100 cases before the Workers Compensation Board of Review.

Bangerter has argued cases before the Kansas Court of Appeals and the Kansas Supreme Court. His cases have made new law in Kansas regarding a number of work issues. These efforts have earned him recognition from his peers in The Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers, as an outstanding workers compensation law attorney. He has been named ‘Lawyer of the Year’ by Best Lawyers in America twice.

The American Trial Lawyers Association has honored Shane as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer in Kansas. The ATLA is a national organization with membership obtained through special invitation and is extended only to those attorneys who exemplify superior qualifications. Shane was also named a Fellow, by the Litigation Counsel of America. Membership is limited to 3,500 Fellows, representing less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers.

Shane received his Bachelor of Science from Oral Roberts University and his J.D. from the University of Kansas. He is licensed to practice law in Kansas and Florida.
