Biography
Danielle manages a part-time, client-centered law practice focused on criminal appeals and post-conviction advocacy.
She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She is active in the Monroe County Bar Association where she serves on its Board of Trustees and is a member of the Solo & Small Practice Committee (Co-Chair, 2019-2021) and the Criminal Justice Section. Danielle is also a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Defenders Association, the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Greater Rochester Association for Women Attorneys.
Danielle graduated summa cum laude from SUCOL in 2015. While in law school, Danielle competed as a member of the National Trial Team and was also a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Secretary of the Justinian Honor Society, a Law Ambassador, and an editor on the Syracuse Law Review. She is a member of Syracuse Law's Chapters of the Order of the Coif and Order of the Barristers, and she is the recipient of the Robert M. Anderson Publication Award, the Robert W. Miller Trial Advocacy Award, and the Law Ambassador Award, among others. She received her B.A. (summa cum laude) from Roberts Wesleyan College in 2010.
While remaining engaged in part-time practice, Danielle teaches legal writing, advocacy skills, and criminal law courses at Syracuse University College of Law as an Associate Teaching Professor.
