Danielle De Smeth has experience with a wide range of legal matters, from personal injury to complex environmental litigation to criminal law.

 No matter the case, Danielle fiercely represents her clients in court.  While working for Bamieh & De Smeth, Danielle has represented clients through jury verdict.   Prior to joining B&D, Danielle investigated and prosecuted criminal matters through jury verdict at the Santa Barbara County District Attorney’s Office.  Before that she worked in civil litigation and boutique law firms practicing environmental, personal injury and employment litigation.  Learn more at

Raised in Ventura, Danielle loves the Central Coast.  She works to better her community through many volunteer and leadership roles.  Outside of work, Danielle enjoys hiking, swimming, and exploring, often with her labrador rescue, Stella Bella.
