Danielle Mikalajunas Fogel's practice focuses on representing physicians and health care providers as well as defending professional malpractice claims, wrongful death cases and personal injury claims. She is experienced in resolving liability in both jury trials and alternative dispute resolutions, and is currently president of the Women's Bar Association and co-chair of its Judicial Screening Committee.

Ms. Fogel is admitted to practice before all New York State courts and U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. She is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Onondaga County Bar Association and Central New York Women's Bar Association (CNYWBA). She previously served as CNYWBA's president-elect, vice president, secretary, director of membership and as chair of its Beatrice Krupkin Scholarship Committee. She served as an arbitrator for the City of Syracuse Small Claims Court. In addition to lecturing at several continuing legal education programs, Ms Fogel has also lectured to the Upstate Medical University and St. Joseph’s nursing students on topics of medical malpractice, liability and disciplinary proceedings. Ms. Fogel was named by Super Lawyer’s as a Rising Star in medical malpractice insurance defense.

Previously, Ms. Fogel was a forensic scientist for the New York State Police. She attended Albany College of Pharmacy and is a graduate of Utica College of Syracuse University (B.S. Biology/Psychology, magna cum laude) and Syracuse University College of Law. She was the vice president of the Stevens Swan Humane Association of Oneida County and formerly taught Constitutional Law as an adjunct professor at Cayuga Community College.
