Danielle Davey's practice focuses primarily on civil disputes, including employment discrimination, real estate disputes, breach of contract and personal injury where she serves as both a tireless advocate for her clients and as an honest and forthcoming counselor. Ms. Davey also serves as the Governmental Affairs Director for the Lawrence Board of Realtors.

Ms. Davey also has a personal interest in child welfare and routinely represents clients in sensitive matters such as protection from abuse and Child in Need of Care (CINC) cases. In this regard, Ms. Davey has served both as a Guardian ad Litem, representing the best interests of children in foster care and as an advocate for parents.
