Attorney Dan Weisenburger practices exclusively in the field of criminal defense and DUI, and nothing else. He focuses on defending individuals accused of felony offenses and DUI/OVI. He is the founder of Weisenburger Law Offices, LLC.

Former Prosecutor 

After graduating from law school and passing the Ohio bar in 1981, Mr. Weisenburger served as a municipal court prosecutor for several years, establishing a reputation as a tough, formidable opponent in the courtroom. Since leaving the prosecutor's office, Mr. Weisenburger has focus on criminal and DUI defense and litigation, using his vast experience to defend clients throughout Northeast Ohio. 

Over Thirty Years Experience in Criminal Defense 

Over the years, Mr. Weisenburger built a substantial criminal defense practice, skillfully defending thousands of clients and litigating charges in hundreds of criminal trials. He knows the local courts, the judges, the prosecutors and the intricacies of the criminal courts in Portage County, Summit County, and other courts in Northeast Ohio.  

Attorney Weisenburger is one of only 13 Board Certified Criminal Defense Trial Specialists in Ohio (National Board of Trial Advocacy).
