I am a passionate advocate for my clients and represent physicians, licensed health care providers, practices, facilities, entities and groups in matters involving regulatory, licensing, practice management, compensation, compliance, reimbursement and expansion. I served as Trial Team lead at MCPDO, representing numerous defendants in jury and bench trials and continue to teach trial skills for various professional organizations. My strong background in litigation enables me to work effectively with clients to minimize their liability, develop best practices for future growth and help them realize their goals. My pro bono work focuses on non-profit boards and commissions, working on improving access to justice for children, the mentally ill and indigent. In my spare time I enjoy horse and dog sports with my AQHA horses and AKC Border Terriers.
