As a Partner at Tully Rinckey PLLC I represent New Yorkers with the preparation of wills, trusts and advanced directives; Medicaid planning; and real estate transactions and leases.

Before joining Tully Rinckey PLLC I was the managing partner at Kelly & Swetz where I focused my practice on wealth management and sset preservation. Prior to that I operated as a solo practitioner practicing real estate law, estate planning and business law.

I frequently speak on wealth management and asset preservation issues. I'm a member of the Erie County Bar Association, Medical Practice Systems and the Wealth Counsel.
