Attorney's are hired because of a conflict or problem that needs solving.  The Goal of my Firm is to successfully resolve the issue for which we are hired,  in my clients best interest, and do so cost effectively!  This requires not only a superior understanding of the law but, it also requires effective communication with the client.  Not every client has a realistic understanding and expectations of all aspects of their case, or know all of their options.  Effective communication is the key.  It is important that the attorney has the necessary energy, skills and confidence to go to battle for the client, this means take the case to trial if necessary,  and win!!
