Biography

Darwin R. Beauvais is chair of our government relations group and co-chair of land use and zoning group. With nearly 20 years of experience with the development in the Delaware valley, Mr. Beauvais has guided small, large and complex projects from commencement to completion. He has appeared before legislative bodies, zoning and planning boards and administrative and judicial bodies on behalf of local and national developers. The type of development projects are varied and include multi-family development, historic buildings, mix-use high rise, retail shopping centers, senior and low-income housing, student housing and the single family development.

Mr. Beauvais has been involved with green building initiatives and is one of the few attorneys in the region with a LEED AP designation which aides in building issues related to stormwater management, reusable energy and materials. In addition, Mr. Beauvais is actively involved in civic organizations including Visit Philadelphia, a nonprofit responsible for promoting the City of Philadelphia.

Darwin is listed as a 2016 'Super Lawyer."
