David Casey is a six-year veteran of the United States Navy, where he served his country in the early days of both Operation “Enduring Freedom” and Operation “Iraqi Freedom”. After his honorable discharge, he completed a bachelor’s degree at University of Texas atArlington in Political Science, then obtained his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in San Diego.
