Biography

Hello, I have decided to retire and I am not taking on new clients. It has been my pleasure to serve many of you. Thank you, Dave.

Dave is a member of the Spokane County and Washington State bar associations, and the Washington State Association of Justice. Dave earned his B.A. degree from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1976 and his J.D. degree from Western State University-Orange County in 1980. He is a member of the Washington bar and is presently inactive in the California bar. Dave is admitted to practice in the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington, the Central District of California and the United States Court of Claims.
