David A. Kates was born and raised in Queens, NY. Today, he works as a medical malpractice attorney to help patients who have suffered harm as a result of substandard medical care. Taking on cases involving preventable birth injuries, surgical mistakes, medication errors, anesthesia malpractice, hospital infections, emergency room errors, and all forms of medical malpractice, David fights for justice against negligent medical professionals and their profit-driven insurance providers.
