Since 1999, I have had a law office in Walnut Creek.  I am one of approximately 130 attorneys in California and only 1 of 5 attorneys in Contra Costa County to be certified as a specialist in bankruptcy law by the State Bar of California Office of Legal Specialization.   I provide comprensive bankruptcy assistance for my clients in the areas of both consumer and business bankruptcy matters: Chapters 7, 11, 13.

In the estate planning and probate area, we help individuals and couples plan for their estates and ensure they have proper control over their finances in the event of death or incapacity.  Common devices we use are wills, trusts and powers of attorney.  After the death of a loved one, we assist in handling the affairs either through probate or trust administration.  Other practice areas include heir disputes, trust litigation, and conservatorships.
