•Joined financial tech company as corporate counsel and strategic advisor to the company’s executives, where I focused on a variety of commercial and real estate transactions, state-to-state/government compliance, IP registrations and protections, sales, marketing, licensing and joint venture agreements, land use/zoning permit applications, state municipal hearings and day-to-day legal counsel on a variety of matters.

These multi-day jury and bench trials involved causes of action for breach of contract, accounting, financial loss, unjust enrichment, fraud, conspiracy to defraud, breach of express warranty and promissory estoppel, among others, with all verdicts awarding my clients all requested damages and legal fees.
