Attorney David A. Fallon provides sophisticated, compassionate, aggressive, and affordable legal services in a wide array of legal practice areas. David has developed a reputation within the legal community as a knowledgeable attorney, a formidable litigator, and persuasive legal writer who is able to obtain results for his clients.

David studied law at Brooklyn Law School where he served as a member of the Journal of Corporate, Financial, & Commercial Law, obtained an academic scholarship, and served as a law clerk in a prominent New York City employment law firm. After graduating from law school, David spent approximately eight (8) years honing his litigation skills at a prestigious and dynamic law firm with offices across the United States and overseas. David has been rated as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers from 2014 - 2024.*

In 2019, David decided to branch out on his own and form his own law practice.  He focuses on two (2) core areas of the law: employment litigation and landlord-tenant law.  Since opening his law firm David has a demonstrated track record of obtaining favorable results on behalf of his clients, and works hard to try and achieve the best outcome based upon the unique facts of each case.   David structured his practice so that he could represent his clients at reasonable hourly rates, and maximize the attention that he could devote to each client matter.  When a Client retains the Law Offices of David A.
