David is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Section. In addition, he is a member of the State Bar of California, and the Southern Nevada Estate Planning Council.

Mr. Johnson has served as the Adjunct Professor at the Community College of Southern Nevada. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Western State University College of Law, California in 1988 and his Bachelors in Arts from Brigham Young University, Utah in 1983.
