Dave has extensive experience in estate planning, probate and trust administration and litigation, and guardianship. He has several years of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation cases and represents clients in matters involving personal injury.

Dave earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the State University of New York, College at Cortland, and his Juris Doctor from the Florida Coastal School of Law. He is a licensed attorney in the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Dave is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the St. Johns County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Seventh Judicial Circuit's court-appointed attorney registry. Dave is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell which is the highest peer rating standard.
