Mr. Venditti's practice include corporate and commercial transactions, acquisitions and sales of businesses; commercial litigation; transactional real estate and litigation; land use and development; zoning and planning; asset based lending; municipal law, Eminent Domain and municipal representation; personal injury, medical and professional malpractice litigation, Matrimonial and Family practice. He was an Elected Official in Westchester from 2003 to 2013. He has served as Pres. of the Greater Ossining Bar Association and Pres. of the Briarcliff Manor Rotary International Chapter. Mr. Venditti was named Partner in January of 2012. In 2012, Mr. Venditti was the recipient of the prestigious Above the Bar Award as Westchester's "Most Socially Conscious Attorney."  Mr. Venditti is certified by the Office of Court Administration to serve as a Part 36 Receiver, Counsel to Receiver, and Property Manager for Westchester and Putnam Counties.  Mr. Venditti is currently on the Board of Directors of the Columbian Lawyers Association of Westchester County.  Mr. Venditti has the thighest "AV (Preeminent)" Rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
