Biography
David Gray has been serving people in need of bankruptcy protection across Western North Carolina for over 40 years. David focuses his practice on helping individuals, businesses, and family farmers who are filing for bankruptcy under Chapter 7, Chapter 11, or Chapter 12. Additionally, David has been the standing Chapter 13 Trustee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of North Carolina, Asheville/Bryson City Divisions since 1980. Because of his role as the Chapter 13 Trustee, David does not represent individuals who are filing an individual Chapter 13 reorganization plan.
