David H. Elibol, a partner in the firm, focuses his legal practice on personal injury and business litigation. He has successfully represented individuals and businesses in jury and non-jury trials, and in other proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Dave is actively involved in the legal community. He has been a member of the Civil Practice Law and Rules Committee of the New York State Bar Association, and has served on the Board of Directors of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers since 2007. He is also an adjunct professor at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law (JLS Program), and is often asked to lecture at continuing legal education seminars for attorneys.

Dave is a Trained Mediator and has been appointed to the 8th Judicial District Roster of ADR Neutrals.
