I practice in the areas of corporate and business law, real estate law, and debtor and creditor rights. I counsel clients on a wide variety of corporate, business and real estate matters, with an emphasis on transactional and contract work. I provide consulting and drafting services for all types of business and related transactions, including choosing and creating the right business entity, buying or selling assets, real estate or business interests, shareholder agreements, operating agreements, buy-sell agreements, employment agreements and general business planning. I am also involved in a variety of debtor and creditor rights  and insolvency-related matters including workouts, liquidations, receiverships, transactional acquisition and sale matters involving insolvent entities and their owners. I regularly represent court-appointed receivers in state and federal court matters.
