I was born in North Carolina and attended UNCC for my degree in Political Science (1997). I received my law degree from the University of Baltimore (2000) and passed the Georgia Bar in 2000. I have been practicing law for the past 18 years in Georgia.  I worked as an insurace defense attorney for two years before starting my solo practice in 2002.  I have experience in all state courts and federal court.  I have handled trucking cases, ERISA litigation, small business litigation (both Plaintiff and Defense), estate litigation and property litigation.  Most clients appreciate my desire to explain complex legal issues in a simple understandable way, but I will never tell a client just what they want to hear.  I do my best to fairly assess a case's strengths and weaknesses and keep all of my clients informed on the progress of their case.
