I have been involved in all aspects of real estate and development in Florida since 1997.  I have represented numerous homeowners, contractors, developers, lenders and homebuilders in the areas of acquisition, construction, development  and financing, including, in particular, apartment complexes, condominiums (of all types)  and fractional-use developments.  Additionally, I have represented clients in connection with general corporate and business matters and litigated numerous real estate and construction issues.  Presently, I am spending a good portion of my time working with homeowners that are in or facing foreclosure.  I represent these people with regard to the foreclosure litigation and frequently negotiate with their lenders for short-sales.  I am Board Certified in Real Estate Law by the Florida Bar.   Additionally, I have a Masters in Business Administration and am admitted to practice law in both Florida and Massachusetts.
