When I started David Henry Schultz, P.A. it was with the vision of providing aggressive legal representation and outstanding customer service to families and individuals in Minnesota and Wisconsin with a focus on meeting our clients’ objectives and with a commitment to diligence, expertise and integrity. We've now done that for well over a decade now!

I enjoy my work and my clients and take my roles as a criminal defense attorney very seriously.  The people that I represent need a strong and compassionate voice at what is often the most difficult time of their life. My commitment to each of my clients is to listen to them, to be 100% honest with them, and to do everything within my power under the rules of advocacy and ethics to meet their goals.

When I'm not working on my cases I enjoy spending time with my kids and my wife, playing with my lab-mix rescue Mia, boating or golfing and watching football or hockey.
